When the wedding party wraps up with rehearsal events, we invite everyone to join us for a post-dinner hangout opportunity to say hi and wind down from your travels.
If you're staying downtown, the tasting room is just a few blocks from any of the hotel blocks.
The wedding party should be arriving sometime in the 7:30 to 8:00p window.

3:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
This is the big one — finally! The ceremony and reception are being held at Camelot Ranch in West Billings. It's about a 30-minute drive from downtown Billings, and Gabby will be altar-bound at 3:30 p.m., so we recommend departing the downtown hotels between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m.
A celebratory cocktail hour, dinner and dancing will follow. Last dances will conclude around 9:00, and guests are welcome to join us at the hotel bar (location tbd) for a final night cap.

in Lodge Grass

Yes, we're planning our branding and our wedding in the same week. If y'all already suspected that we're not the brightest pair, it's now confirmed!
Open invitation to join us in Lodge Grass at the branding pens. Whether you just want to witness working ranch culture or you want to get in the branding pen and help us get the job done, we can find a spot for everyone. It's not an exact science, but we hope to have our cattle herd at the corrals by 10:30 to begin.
If you're planning to haul your horses to Lodge Grass, we aim to start the gather at 8:30 a.m. Lodge Grass is 1.5 hrs southeast of Billings, and 1 hour north of Sheridan, Wyoming. Don't hesitate to work with us on logistics surrounding the day, including accommodations for your horse.
The )IL herd is small but mighty and, with so many willing hands, the work should go quickly. Please join Chris and Gabby at their home—about 30 minutes from the ranch—for a post-branding afternoon feed.
Re: local accommodations, we'd be glad to put you in touch with our neighbor who has a bed & breakfast. If you are equipped with a camper, LQ, weekender, van, teepee or tent, give us a shout. We should have room for all of the above!
